Fossil Ridge couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Overland squad, losing by a score of 34-13.
Martavia “Mark” Thrower led Overland’s aerial attack with 428 yards through the air, tossing five touchdowns without an interception. Ismael Cisse lead all Overland receivers with seven catches for 107 yards.
Jawan Lacour lead all Overland rushers with 159 yards in the contest, averaging 31.8 yards per carry. Kamari Brown added 94 yards on the ground, averaging 18.8 yards per carry, as well as 94 receiving yards.
Chris Bowerfind spearheaded the Fossil Ridge rushing attack by running for 80 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 4.2 yards per carry.
Fossil Ridge will play host to Ralston Valley, while Overland will travel to play Fountain-Fort Carson.
