Loveland couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Ralston Valley squad, losing by a score of 42-6 on Thursday, Sept. 19.
Walker Brickle powered Ralston Valley’s passing attack with 199 yards through the air, throwing two touchdowns and one interception. Brickle also added 32 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Brickle’s most prolific target in the contest was Caleb Rillos, who caught six passes for 74 yards and two scores. Luke Carlston got involved in the passing game as well, reeling in four balls for 63 yards.
Chase Wilson spearheaded the Ralston Valley rushing attack by gaining 127 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 9.1 yards per carry.
Loveland will play host to Windsor, while Ralston Valley will travel to play Fossil Ridge.
