Cheyenne Mountain coughed up a 13-point lead at half time, losing by a score of 22-19 on Friday, Sept. 20.

Cameron Robinette led Falcon’s passing attack with 69 yards through the air, throwing two touchdowns and two interceptions. Nolan Favreau lead all Falcon receivers with two receptions for 35 yards and one score.

Darius Mcfarland spearheaded the Falcon rushing attack by running for 142 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 5.3 yards per carry.

Cheyenne Mountain quarterback Anthony Decesaro led the passing attack with 79 yards through the air. Cheyenne Mountain’s leading receiver was Noah Logan, who caught one pass for 66 yards.

Cheyenne Mountain’s rushing game was spearheaded by Dominic Seaton who racked up 155 yards and two touchdowns in the contest, averaging 9.1 yards per carry.

Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Falcon heading to play Lutheran and Cheyenne Mountain taking on Air Academy.
