Eads couldn’t quite keep up with a strong Kit Carson squad, losing by a score of 70-6 on Friday, Sept. 20.
Sullivan Farmer lead the Kit Carson rushing attack by running for 43 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 14.3 yards per carry.
Cade McDowell led Eads’ passing attack with 60 yards through the air, tossing one touchdown with no interceptions. Eads’ leading receiver was Damien Barnes, who caught three passes for 45 yards and one score.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Kit Carson hosting Cheraw and Eads taking on Walsh.
