Skyview easily handled Lincoln by a score of 48-7 on Friday, Sept. 20.
Skyview quarterback Brandon Gutierrez led the passing attack with 222 yards through the air. Gutierrez also added 54 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Brandon Gutierrez’s favorite receiver in the contest was Jabree Barry, who caught four passes for 66 yards. Brian Guevara contributed in the passing game as well, catching four passes for 56 yards.
In addition to Gutierrez’s effort, Deshon Gallegos paced the Skyview rushing attack by accumulating 39 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 39 yards per carry.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Skyview heading to play Northridge and Lincoln taking on Frederick.
Lincoln has not reported any team or player statistics from this contest.
