North Park couldn’t quite keep up with a strong Prairie squad, losing by a score of 54-32 on Saturday, Sept. 21.

Mitch Dollerschell led Prairie’s passing attack with 251 yards through the air, throwing six touchdowns and one interception. Arek Wulf lead all Prairie receivers with four receptions for 134 yards and three scores.

Xander Speicher lead all Prairie rushers with 90 yards and one touchdown in the contest, averaging 6.4 yards per carry. Speicher also tacked on one receiving touchdown.

Hunter Sessions led North Park’s passing attack with 91 yards through the air. Sessions’ most prolific target in the ballgame was Montgomery Ramsey, who caught three passes for 78 yards and two scores.

Eli Houston lead all North Park rushers with 93 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 7.8 yards per carry. Destry Schmidt added 72 yards and one touchdown on the ground, averaging 5.1 yards per carry. Brock Follett added 72 yards and one touchdown, averaging 10.3 yards per carry, in addition to 53 receiving yards.

Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Prairie heading to play Fleming and North Park taking on Peetz.
