Eaton easily handled Bishop Machebeuf by a score of 44-8 on Friday.

Eaton quarterback Scott Grable led the passing attack with 113 yards through the air. Grable also added 58 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Juan Maravilla lead all Eaton receivers with three receptions for 75 yards.

Salvador Rojas paced the Eaton ground game by racking up 113 yards in the contest, averaging 11.3 yards per carry. Ethan Florez added 60 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, averaging 10 yards per carry.

Ryan Schmitt led Bishop Machebeuf’s passing attack with 50 yards through the air. Schmitt’s favorite receiver in the contest was Tommy Burns, who caught two passes for 40 yards.

Emmet Chavez lead the Bishop Machebeuf rushing attack by running for 72 yards in the contest, averaging 7.2 yards per carry. Owen Thornton added 51 yards on the ground, averaging 4.2 yards per carry.

Looking ahead to their next games, Eaton will stay home and play University, while Bishop Machebeuf will travel to play Alameda.
