Fort Collins earned a win when they beat Poudre 35-31 on Friday.

Fort Collins quarterback Hayden Iverson led the aerial attack with 223 yards through the air, tossing one touchdown and three interceptions. Iverson also added 84 yards and four touchdowns on the ground. Dorion McGarity lead all Fort Collins receivers with 10 catches for 122 yards. Josh Leone got involved in the passing game as well, reeling in three balls for 90 yards and one touchdown.

In addition to Hayden Iverson’s effort, Aaron Van Metre lead the Fort Collins rushing attack by finishing with 23 yards in the contest.

Sergio Tarango powered Poudre’s passing attack with 110 yards through the air, tossing two touchdowns and one interception. Tarango also added 41 yards on the ground. Triston Burkett lead all Poudre receivers with five receptions for 89 yards and one score.

Poudre’s rushing attack was spearheaded by Tate Satterfield who accrued 115 yards and two touchdowns in the game, averaging 5.5 yards per carry.

Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Fort Collins hosting Broomfield and Poudre taking on Rocky Mountain.
