Custer County couldn’t quite keep up with a strong Swink squad, losing by a score of 48-14 on Saturday.
Matthew Mendoza spearheaded the Swink ground game by finishing with 180 yards and three touchdowns in the game, averaging 13.8 yards per carry. Noah Zumwalt added 115 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, averaging 12.8 yards per carry.
Swink will stay home and play Elbert, while Custer County will travel to play Sanford.
