Wray earned a win when they beat Brush 35-21 on Friday.
Wray quarterback Tyler Collins led the passing attack with 96 yards through the air. Collins also added 90 yards on the ground. Braydon Lapp lead all Wray receivers with two catches for 42 yards and one score.
In addition to Tyler Collins’ effort, Emmanuel Huerta lead the Wray ground game by running for 88 yards and one touchdown in the contest, averaging 4.4 yards per carry. Junior Arambula contributed 69 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 6.3 yards per carry.
Nick Wellen lead all Brush rushers with 184 yards and two touchdowns in the game, averaging 10.2 yards per carry.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Wray hosting Burlington and Brush taking on Fort Lupton.
