Holly couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Fowler squad, losing by a score of 68-22 on Friday.
Fowler quarterback Luke Bitter led the passing attack with 126 yards through the air, throwing two touchdowns with no interceptions. Bitter also added 58 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.
Joshua Daniels lead the Fowler rushing game by running for 174 yards and four touchdowns in the game, averaging 12.4 yards per carry. Daniels also tacked on 56 receiving yards. Jackson Bates added 168 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, averaging 33.6 yards per carry.
Daniels was also Fowler’s leading receiver on the day.
Looking ahead to their next games, Holly will stay home and play Hoehne, while Fowler will travel to play Hoehne.
