Pomona earned a win when they defeated Highlands Ranch 30-20 on Friday.
Ian Dexter powered Pomona’s passing attack with 55 yards through the air. Dexter also added 73 yards on the ground.
Jack Pospisil lead all Pomona rushers with 93 yards and one touchdown in the contest, averaging 8.5 yards per carry. Pospisil also tacked on 51 receiving yards and one touchdown. Pospisil was also Pomona’s leading receiver on the day.
Ben Cruz added 85 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, averaging 8.5 yards per carry.
Next up for each team, Highlands Ranch will play host to Rock Canyon, while Pomona will travel to play Lakewood.
