Thornton easily handled Littleton by a score of 46-6 on Friday.
Ethan Gonzales powered Thornton’s passing attack with 107 yards through the air, tossing two touchdowns and two interceptions. Robert Banks lead all Thornton receivers with five receptions for 47 yards and one score.
Christopher William lead the Thornton ground game by running for 91 yards and two touchdowns in the game, averaging 15.2 yards per carry. William also tacked on 32 receiving yards and one touchdown. Miles Poole added 51 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, averaging 5.1 yards per carry.
Littleton will play host to Frederick, while Thornton will travel to play Kennedy. Littleton has not reported any team or player statistics from this contest.
