Westminster earned a win when they defeated Boulder 20-6 on Friday.
Westminster’s ground game was lead by Eddie Vang who accrued 131 yards in the game, averaging 6.6 yards per carry. Ezequiel Loera added 71 yards on the ground, averaging 4.4 yards per carry.
Boulder quarterback Hale Chargois led the passing attack with 94 yards through the air, throwing one touchdown and three interceptions. Hale Chargois’ most relied on target in the ballgame was Tyler Turner, who caught two passes for 70 yards and one score.
Parker Patchett lead all Boulder rushers with 27 yards in the contest.
Next up for each team, Boulder will play host to Smoky Hill, while Westminster will travel to play Denver East.
