Fairview beat Rock Canyon by a score of 28-19 on Friday.
Fairview quarterback Aidan Atkinson led the passing attack with 344 yards through the air, throwing three touchdowns and two interceptions. Fairview’s leading receiver was Grant Page, who caught 10 passes for 212 yards and three scores.
Fairview’s rushing game was spearheaded by Dillon Tarves who tallied 119 yards and one touchdown in the contest, averaging 7.4 yards per carry. Tarves also tacked on 51 receiving yards.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Fairview heading to play Legacy and Rock Canyon taking on Highlands Ranch.
