Flatirons Academy handed Wiggins a loss in a 33-18 showdown on Friday.
In addition to Jacob Dube’s effort, Deverick Dow paced the Flatirons Academy rushing game by running for 50 yards in the contest. Dow also tacked on one receiving touchdown.
In addition to Cole Kerr’s effort, Eric Flores paced the Wiggins rushing attack by racking up 34 yards in the game, averaging 17 yards per carry. Flores also tacked on 48 receiving yards and one touchdown.
Flatirons Academy will stay home and play Estes Park, while Wiggins will travel to play Limon.
