Falcon couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Lutheran squad, losing by a score of 40-7 on Friday.

Lutheran quarterback Max Rivkin led the aerial attack with 116 yards through the air. Rivkin also added 52 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Max Rivkin’s most relied on target in the ballgame was Noah Tack, who caught four passes for 61 yards.

Lutheran’s ground attack was spearheaded by Brandon Belgrave who ran for 119 yards and three touchdowns in the contest, averaging 13.2 yards per carry.

Falcon quarterback Francisco Ponce led the passing attack with 35 yards through the air. Francisco Ponce’s most prolific receiver in the ballgame was Stryder Sartor, who caught two passes for 43 yards.

Darius Mcfarland spearheaded the Falcon ground game by finishing with 57 yards in the contest, averaging 4.8 yards per carry.

Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Lutheran hosting Mitchell and Falcon taking on Green Mountain.
