Walsh easily handled Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind by a score of 54-6 on Friday.
Brendan Hodges powered Walsh’s passing attack with 117 yards through the air. Walsh’s leading receiver was Dylan Renquist, who caught three passes for 73 yards and two scores.
Walsh’s ground game was lead by Justin Wright who ran for 138 yards and four touchdowns in the game, averaging 11.5 yards per carry.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Walsh heading to play Eads and Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind taking on Genoa-Hugo.
