Greeley Central couldn’t quite keep up with a strong Brighton squad, losing by a score of 52-0 on Friday, Sept. 27.
Alex Griffeth led Brighton’s passing attack with 148 yards through the air, throwing three touchdowns and one interception. Eli Bowman lead all Brighton receivers with three catches for 84 yards and one score.
Ivan Scarpino spearheaded the Brighton rushing attack by gaining 31 yards and one touchdown in the contest, averaging 4.4 yards per carry.
In their next games, Brighton will stay home and play Mountain View, while Greeley Central will travel to play Greeley West.
