Chatfield handed Greeley West a loss in a 21-15 showdown on Thursday, Sept. 26.
Chatfield quarterback Matthew Canino led the passing attack with 101 yards through the air, tossing two touchdowns without an interception. Canino also added 82 yards on the ground. Daniel Nickels lead all Chatfield receivers with four catches for 49 yards and one score.
In addition to Matthew Canino’s effort, Malcolm Boyd paced the Chatfieldrushing game by racking up 70 yards in the game, averaging 4.4 yards per carry.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Chatfield hosting Wheat Ridge and Greeley West taking on Greeley Central.
