Justice couldn’t quite keep up with a potent South Park squad, losing by a score of 60-6 on Saturday, Sept. 28 at Game played at Boulder High School (Recht Field).
Michael Kelley powered South Park’s passing attack with 59 yards through the air. Kelley also added 86 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. Leo Banuelos lead all South Park receivers with two receptions for 36 yards and one score.
Silas Newton spearheaded the South Park rushing attack by finishing with 126 yards and four touchdowns in the game, averaging 6.6 yards per carry. Drake Hermansen added 108 yards and one touchdown on the ground, averaging 10.8 yards per carry.
Next up for each team, South Park will play host to Caliche, while Justice will travel to play Dolores Huerta Prep.
