Otis couldn’t quite keep up with a strong Stratton/Liberty squad, losing by a score of 54-14 on Friday, Sept. 27 at Stratton.

Stratton/Liberty quarterback Zeke Craig led the passing attack with 70 yards through the air. Stratton/Liberty’s leading receiver was Zach Armour, who caught one pass for 37 yards.

Charlie Clapper lead all Stratton/Liberty rushers with 153 yards and two touchdowns in the contest, averaging 11.8 yards per carry. Trevor Frank added 59 yards and one touchdown on the ground, averaging 29.5 yards per carry, as well as one receiving touchdown.

Otis quarterback Jack Willeke led the passing attack with 81 yards through the air. Christian Nation was also Otis’ leading receiver on the day.

Otis’ ground game was paced by Nation who racked up 139 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 12.6 yards per carry. Nation also tacked on 68 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Stratton/Liberty will play host to Idalia, while Otis will travel to play Prairie.
