Thornton easily defeated Littleton by a score of 46-6 on Friday, Sept. 27 at Five Star Stadium (Homecoming).

Ethan Gonzales led Thornton’s aerial attack with 107 yards through the air, throwing two touchdowns and two interceptions. Robert Banks lead all Thornton receivers with five catches for 47 yards and one score.

Thornton’s rushing game was spearheaded by Christopher (JR) William who accrued 91 yards and two touchdowns in the contest, averaging 15.2 yards per carry. William also tacked on 32 receiving yards and one touchdown. Miles Poole added 51 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, averaging 5.1 yards per carry.

In their next games, Littleton will play host to Frederick, while Thornton will travel to play Kennedy.
