ThunderRidge beat Doherty by a score of 24-7 on Thursday, Sept. 26.
Brent Huber led ThunderRidge’s passing attack with 152 yards through the air, throwing one touchdown without an interception. Huber also added 147 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Chris Franquemont lead all ThunderRidge receivers with seven catches for 92 yards and one score.
ThunderRidge’s rushing attack was lead by Lucas Fish and his 68 yards on 11 carries.
Doherty’s ground game was spearheaded by Daymond Hill who accrued 47 yards in the contest, averaging 6.7 yards per carry.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with ThunderRidge hosting Mountain Vista and Doherty taking on Douglas County.
