Mountain Vista lost by a single touchdown in a 24-17 game against ThunderRidge on Thursday at Shea Stadium.
Brent Huber led ThunderRidge’s passing attack with 149 yards through the air, throwing one touchdown and three interceptions. Huber also added 82 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Chris Franquemont lead all ThunderRidge receivers with four catches for 81 yards and one score. Kaleb Hindman contributed in the passing game as well, snagging five passes for 59 yards.
Lucas Fish lead all ThunderRidge rushers with 112 yards and one touchdown in the contest, averaging 5.6 yards per carry.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with ThunderRidge heading to play Highlands Ranch and Mountain Vista taking on Castle View.
