Fort Morgan easily defeated Northfield by a score of 35-14 on Friday, Oct. 4.
Caden Edson powered Fort Morgan’s passing attack with 48 yards through the air, throwing one touchdown and one interception. Jacob Ortega lead all Fort Morgan receivers with three receptions for 54 yards and one score.
David Sarinana paced the Fort Morgan rushing game by running for 58 yards and two touchdowns in the game, averaging 6.4 yards per carry.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Fort Morgan hosting Roosevelt and Northfield taking on Frederick.
