Kiowa handed Genoa-Hugo a loss in a 68-55 showdown on Friday, Oct. 4.
Genoa-Hugo quarterback Colby Simmons led the passing attack with 165 yards through the air. Simmons also added 126 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.
Wyatt Miller paced all Genoa-Hugo rushers with 163 yards and two touchdowns in the contest, averaging 10.9 yards per carry. Miller also tacked on 115 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Kiowa hosting Cheraw and Genoa-Hugo taking on Colorado School for the Deaf Blind.
