Platte Canyon earned a win when they defeated Clear Creek 38-28 on Friday, Oct. 4.
Lucas Murphy lead the Platte Canyon ground game by racking up 166 yards in the contest, averaging 6.9 yards per carry. Darius Boyer contributed 77 yards , averaging 5.5 yards per carry.
Bode Baker led Clear Creek’s passing attack with 203 yards through the air, throwing two touchdowns and two interceptions. Ben Griffin lead all Clear Creek receivers with 11 receptions for 189 yards and two scores.
Tanner Younger paced all Clear Creek rushers with 128 yards and two touchdowns in the game, averaging 8.5 yards per carry.
Looking ahead to their next games, Platte Canyon will play host to Jefferson, while Clear Creek will travel to play Sheridan.
