Simla couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Pikes Peak Christian squad, losing by a score of 48-8 on Saturday, Oct. 5.

Simla quarterback Coletin Mazerall led the passing attack with 59 yards through the air. Gaige Ashmore lead all Simla receivers with three catches for 53 yards.

Preston Bell paced the Simla rushing attack by racking up 66 yards in the game, averaging 4.7 yards per carry.

In their next games, Pikes Peak Christian will play host to Custer County, while Simla will travel to play Swink.

Pikes Peak Christian has not reported any team or player statistics from this contest.
