Castle View handed Mountain Vista their first loss in a close 20-17 victory on Thursday, Oct. 10.
Castle View quarterback Johnny Colombi led the passing attack with 81 yards through the air. Colombi also added 73 yards on the ground. Josh Pinello lead all Castle View receivers with two receptions for 51 yards.
Castle View’s ground attack was spearheaded by Jordan Jackson who tallied 78 yards in the game, averaging 4.6 yards per carry.
In their next games, Mountain Vista will play host to Valor Christian, while Castle View will travel to play Highlands Ranch.
