Cherry Creek handed Arapahoe a loss in a 24-7 showdown on Thursday, Oct. 10.
Cherry Creek quarterback Gunnar Helm led the aerial attack with 97 yards through the air, tossing one touchdown with no interceptions.
James Walker II paced all Cherry Creek rushers with 136 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 9.1 yards per carry. Walker II also tacked on 39 receiving yards. Jayle Stacks added 108 yards and one touchdown on the ground, averaging 9 yards per carry.
Cherry Creek will stay home and play Eaglecrest, while Arapahoe will travel to play Grandview.
