Lincoln couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Kennedy squad, losing by a score of 62-8 on Friday at All City Field, Football Field.

Kennedy quarterback Isaac Sisneros led the passing attack with 133 yards through the air.

Elias Horta spearheaded the Kennedy ground game by finishing with 124 yards and two touchdowns in the game, averaging 13.8 yards per carry. Horta also tacked on 36 receiving yards. Shawn Salazar added 63 yards and three touchdowns on the ground, averaging 15.8 yards per carry, as well as 70 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Kennedy heading to play Conifer and Lincoln taking on Evergreen.
