Cedaredge couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Meeker squad, losing by a score of 36-6 on Friday.
Cedaredge quarterback Ty Walck led the passing attack with 94 yards through the air. Ty Walck’s most reliable receiver in the game was Sterling Brown, who caught one pass for 88 yards. Colby Rupp got in on the action in the passing game as well, hauling in two balls for 54 yards.
Cedaredge’s rushing attack was spearheaded by Dusty Emig who accrued 33 yards and one touchdown in the contest. Emig also tacked on 32 receiving yards.
In their next games, Cedaredge will stay home and play Grand Valley, while Meeker will travel to play Paonia.
