Wiggins narrowly lost to Wray in a 16-13 contest on Friday.

Wray quarterback Tyler Collins led the aerial attack with 128 yards through the air. Collins also added 78 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Wray’s leading receiver was Hagan Smith, who caught four passes for 67 yards and one score. Junior Arambula contributed in the passing game as well, reeling in one ball for 56 yards.

Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Wray hosting Holyoke and Wiggins taking on Yuma.

Wiggins has not reported any team or player statistics from this contest.
