Deer Trail handed Hanover a loss in a 47-28 showdown on Saturday, Oct. 12.
Kolter Eldringhoff led Deer Trail’s passing attack with 224 yards through the air. Eldringhoff’s most prolific target in the game was Dayne Woodis, who caught seven passes for 133 yards and one score.
Deer Trail’s rushing game was lead by Walker Morelock who accrued 238 yards and three touchdowns in the contest, averaging 13.2 yards per carry.
Josh Magana spearheaded the Hanover rushing attack by finishing with 210 yards and four touchdowns in the game, averaging 9.1 yards per carry.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Deer Trail hosting Colorado School for the Deaf Blind and Hanover taking on Eads.
