D’Evelyn easily put away Denver West by a score of 44-13 on Saturday.
D’Evelyn quarterback Shane Bishop led the passing attack with 236 yards through the air. Bishop also added 39 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Shane Bishop’s most prolific target in the game was Thomas Lowry, who caught six passes for 100 yards and two scores. Kase Sundarapura got in on the action in the passing game as well, grabbing four passes for 74 yards and one touchdown.
Noah Aurich lead all D’Evelyn rushers with 92 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 15.3 yards per carry.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with D’Evelyn hosting Arvada and Denver West taking on Middle Park.
