Northfield couldn’t quite keep up with a strong Frederick squad, losing by a score of 45-7 on Saturday, Oct. 12.

Jake Green led Frederick’s passing attack with 133 yards through the air. Green also added 81 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. Dylan Sindelar lead all Frederick receivers with two receptions for 55 yards.

Frederick’s rushing attack was spearheaded by Dominik Schleif who tallied 157 yards and two touchdowns in the contest, averaging 31.4 yards per carry. Brandon Hornby added 102 yards on the ground, averaging 20.4 yards per carry.

Northfield quarterback Alijah Miranda led the passing attack with 131 yards through the air, throwing one touchdown and one interception. Colton Horton lead all Northfield receivers with four receptions for 120 yards and one score.

Frederick will play host to Holy Family, while Northfield will travel to play Mead.
