Broncos running back Royce Freeman on Thursday scored his first touchdown of the season, a 1-yard run on Denver’s opening drive against Kansas City at Empower Field at Mile High.
The Broncos, however, couldn’t convert a two-point conversion and led 6-0 in the first quarter.
