Soroco earned a win when they defeated Rangely 48-34 on Friday, Oct. 18 at Rangely High School, Stadium.

In addition to Tyler Wixom’s effort, Kody Logan paced the Soroco rushing attack by running for 132 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 6.3 yards per carry. Jesse Koler chipped in with 54 yards , averaging 5.4 yards per carry.

Anthony Lujan led Rangely’s passing attack with 135 yards through the air, throwing three touchdowns and two interception. Lujan also added 71 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Ryan Richens lead all Rangely receivers with three receptions for 121 yards and three scores.

Zane Varner lead the Rangely rushing attack by running for 139 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 7.3 yards per carry.

Soroco will stay home and play West Grand, while Rangely will travel to play Gilpin County.
