Monarch earned a win when they beat Silver Creek 35-21 on Friday.

Keiran Singh paced all Monarch rushers with 227 yards and three touchdowns in the contest, averaging 7.3 yards per carry. Jack Ewig added 84 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, averaging 5.2 yards per carry. Max Fredricksmeyer chipped in with 54 yards , averaging 5.4 yards per carry.

Carter Closson powered Silver Creek’s passing attack with 234 yards through the air, throwing two touchdowns and one interception. Closson also chipped in one touchdown on the ground.

Cole Riters spearheaded the Silver Creek rushing attack by finishing with 57 yards in the game, averaging 28.5 yards per carry. Riters also tacked on 123 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Next up for each team, Silver Creek will stay home and play Fort Collins, while Monarch will travel to play Greeley Central.
