Regis Jesuit easily defeated Douglas County by a score of 42-7 on Friday.
Regis Jesuit quarterback Nicco Marchiol led the passing attack with 240 yards through the air, tossing five touchdowns without an interception. Marchiol also added one touchdown on the ground. Nicco Marchiol’s most reliable receiver in the game was Bryce Sloan, who caught seven passes for 109 yards and one score. Jackson Connelly got in on the action in the passing game as well, snagging four balls for 52 yards and two touchdowns.
David Dody paced the Regis Jesuit rushing game by racking up 36 yards in the game, averaging 4 yards per carry. Dody also tacked on 25 receiving yards and one touchdown.
