The intersection of South University Boulevard and East Hampden Avenue has reopened after Denver Water Department crews repaired a 20-inch water main break Thursday morning.
One northbound lane remained closed at Floyd Avenue at 7 a.m.
Crews will continue to repair the ruptured main on Clayton Street. The work will not cause problems on University, the department said in a tweet.
SB University is open and only one lane NB closed at Floyd Ave. while we finish cleaning mud from main break. Repair work will happen on Clayton. University will not be impacted during repairs.

The utility first tweeted about the break at 5:34 a.m.
Denver Water is responding to a 20" main break near S University Blvd and E Hampden Ave.
Emergency services is working to shut down the water at this time. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
