A raccoon with a peanut butter jar stuck on its head was rescued from a tree in Roxborough on Wednesday.
West Metro Fire Rescue firefighters with Company 15 removed the raccoon from the tree before removing the jar from its head, the fire department said.

After the rescue, the raccoon scampered into a tree and posed for a photo, looking no worse for wear. Firefighters did not divulge what brand of peanut butter the animal prefers.
