Could Colin Kaepernick be a member of the the Denver Broncos? Not likely, according to one oddsmaker.
The Broncos weren’t listed in BetOnline.ag’s odds for which team will sign the former 49ers quarterback. Seventeen other teams were, including the Bengals, which were favored at 7-to-1 odds, followed by the Steelers (4/1) and Ravens (6/1).
The odds are also in favor of Kaepernick not playing in a game in 2019 (1/25) or 2020 (1/10).
Denver is expected to be represented Saturday when Kaepernick conducts a private workout on Saturday. The Broncos tried trading for him in 2016 (Ryan O’Halloran has the details here).
Kaepernick, 32, last played in the NFL in 2016. In 69 career games, he has completed 59.8% of his passes for 12,271 yards, 72 touchdowns and 30 interceptions. He’s also rushed for 2,300 yards and 13 TDs.
