A suspect has been charged in the shooting death of a 36-year-old man in Adams County.
Alan Clifton, 30, is being charged with first-degree murder in the death of Benito Rodriguez, according to the district attorney’s office.
On Nov. 22, deputies found Rodriguez on the floor of a mobile home at 8531 Jackson St., according to a news release. He was pronounced dead at Denver Health medical center.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 22.
