More than 100 people gathered for an anti-war protest at the state Capitol on Saturday and marched to Union Station.

The protest was in reaction to President Trump authorizing a drone strike that killed Iranian commander Qassem Soleimani in Iraq and for sending thousands of troops to the region sparking fear of war with Iran.

Denver’s protest was organized by the Act Now to Stop War and End Racism (ANSWER) Coalition that held rallies across the United States and around the world.
