The Arapahoe County Coroner’s office has identified the victim of a Jan. 3 homicide as David Guerrero Rodriguez, according to a news release.
Around 1:45 a.m. on Jan. 3, officers responded to a 911 call from the 1400 block of Havana Street about a head injury, an Aurora Police spokesman said. They found the body of Rodriguez, 33, in an alley upon arrival. He was pronounced dead on scene from gunshot wounds. His death has been ruled a homicide.
