The Lyons Lions narrowly lost to Heritage Christian in a 55-52 showdown on Thursday.
Lyons was paced in scoring by Nathan Richardson who accounted for 15 points while grabbing two rebounds. Tucker Mills and Gage Basey also had notable performances contributing 13 points and 11 points, respectively.
In their next games, Heritage Christian will stay home and play Denver Academy, while Lyons will travel to play Denver Christian.
