Sierra could not overcome Canon City in 64-57 loss on Tuesday, Jan. 14.
Mady Ley lead Canon City with 16 points scored while also recording four rebounds and six assists. Emily Till recorded a double-double, scoring 15 points and collecting 10 rebounds.
Sierra was lead in scoring by D’nae Wilson who put up 17 points, while also collecting two rebounds and one assist. Kaylie Mileto and Azaria Lacour also had good games contributing 15 points and nine points, respectively.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Canon City hosting Elizabeth and Sierra taking on Widefield.
