The Cheyenne Mountain Indians easily defeated the Discovery Canyon Thunder by a score of 58-24 on Wednesday.
Selena Vargas lead Cheyenne Mountain with 23 points scored while also collecting 20 rebounds and four assists. Taegan Steinfort had a notable night, recording eight points, seven rebounds and one assist.
Discovery Canyon was paced in scoring by Alyson Wright who scored six points while grabbing four rebounds. Emily Allen had a productive night, scoring six points.
Cheyenne Mountain will play host to Palmer Ridge, while Discovery Canyon will travel to play Air Academy.
